Company Policies

1. AS OF 07/01/24 OUR CURRENT LABOR RATE IS $140.00 PER HOUR.

2. BPE Racing Heads is a COD business. We do not carry Open Accounts.

3. All charges are payable in US dollars, current foreign exchange rates will apply. Bank wire transfers will be accepted. Customer is responsible for ALL bank charges.

4. All orders will require a 50% deposit. Special Orders are nonrefundable.

5. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

6. Checks will be accepted from established customers and order will be released upon payment.

7. Checks will be accepted from 1st time customers and order will be released when check has cleared our bank.

8. All orders are subject to applicable shipping, taxes and processing fees.

9. Please be aware that shipping orders to international destinations often add to delivery times and incurs additional expenses. The international customer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs and additional expenses levied by the exporting (U.S.) country.

10. BPE Racing Heads will endeavor to locate the safest and most cost effective method of shipping. BPE Racing Heads does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise. All shipping charges are F.O.B. shipping point.

11. All customers requesting tax exempt status for purchased merchandise must possess the current necessary resale certificate.

12. IF IT'S NOT BROKE, WE WON'T FIX IT.
We occasionally get requests for labor to be performed that we feel is unnecessary. In other words, work to be done that doesn't make the parts any better than when they arrived. IN AN EFFORT TO SAVE YOU MONEY WE RARELY DO THIS AND SOMETIMES WILL REFUSE TO DO IT. We will replace unnecessary parts if you insist.
